Puneet Agrawal
Puneet has invested in and advised startups, corporations and non-profits for much of the past 15 years.

Prior to forming PXA Partners, Puneet was with Zolfo Cooper, an interim management and turnaround advisory firm where he helped companies operate through downturns and manage uncomfortable situations for stakeholders. He has spearheaded a range of initiatives from leading customer negotiations, to navigating liquidity issues, to easing management team changes.

While living in Boston, Puneet was a member of the corporate venture capital team at Advent International. He helped with all aspects of the fund from fundraising, to company due diligence, to managing the firm’s relationship with an Indian venture partner. Puneet spent the early part of his career as a strategy consultant advising financial institutions on their profitability strategies, risk management and M&A activities.

Puneet received his B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Cornell University and his M.B.A. from the London Business School. He’s an avid snowboarder and loved learning to sail on the Charles River. Originally from Ohio, he now calls New York City home.

Jennifer Louie 

Jennifer has spent her career focused on investment analysis.  

After graduating from university she joined Merrill Lynch as an analyst assisting with business development and proprietary acquisitions.  Jennifer subsequently moved to Whitecap Advisors, a long-only hedge fund invested in off-the-run asset-backed securities, and esoteric credit investments.  She has experience in the due diligence, analysis, and monitoring of illiquid assets, and has worked closely with large fund of fund investors, investment committees, and third-party fund administrators.  

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Finance from the School of Management at SUNY Binghamton University.

Sandeep Rao
Sandeep is an attorney with experience representing clients in various commercial transactions.

Prior to joining PXA, Sandeep was an associate in the New York office of the law firm, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. As a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, he represented private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and public corporations in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and financings. His practice focused on intellectual property issues arising in such contexts, as well as in distribution, supply, manufacturing and development agreements.

Sandeep graduated in 2007 with a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received a Masters in Public Administration from New York University and his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Cornell University.
